Recently changed to Office 365 and it took over a week for me to get the Bizhub to be able to send emails. Fix was to change smtp.office365.com to mail.office365.com and then it would connect to server and send emails this was on 01/23/15. As of 02/18/15 the Bizhub C284e is no longer sending emails and has the same error message "can not connect to server" and not sending emails. Can anyone think of why this has stopped working as of yesterday??? Nothing has changed here in the office and no updates have been applied to my knowledge.
